You are buying a product which is made of Full Grain Leather. Leather cannot be washed or cleaned regularly. However, to keep your Mai Soli product in good condition, we suggest the following:
Periodically, rub gently the top leather with a soft & dry fabric to remove any dust, light blemishes or scratches.
Avoid any oil spills or pen marks. They cannot be removed with any normal treatment.
Please note that the leather is not water proof & therefore never try to wash the bag with running water.
If not in use, it is better to store the bag in a cloth bag to protect it from dust & moisture.
Though our leathers meet all international standards on health & safety, the leather when exposed to high moisture, (specially during the rainy season) may catch fungus! It is better to keep a watch & any whiteness seen may be wiped off with a dry fabric. We would also suggest to expose the product to direct sunlight for a few hours as further precaution. Please do not try any chemical or antiseptic solution as it may decolourise the leather!
If you are using any stain removing cream, it would be better to test it first on a very small portion of the leather bag & only in case the results meet your expectations, should you try to use it on a bigger portion of the leather bag.
If by any chance, the bag gets wet, it may be stuffed with newspaper rolls & left to dry in shade. Please do not keep it out in the Sun for drying or use any electric Dryer as it will only shrink the leather & make it brittle.

Delivery Timing
All standard orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. The standard delivery timeline will be 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. The tracking ID will be sent via email after dispatch.
Please note, during monsoons and the festival season, shipments might experience delays due to weather-related or high-demand disruptions.
For orders placed after 18:00 hours, order processing begins the next day.
Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, customers may cancel it only if the order has not yet been dispatched. We do not accept cancellations once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on the Mai Soli website, we are here to help!
The product will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if notified within 72 hours after delivery and if it meets the following return criteria:
- Items are in their original state along with bills, tags, and original packaging.
- Items must have no visible signs of tear and use.
If your purchase meets our return criteria above, you can return your product for a different product or a refund equivalent to the original payment for the returned product.

- Reason for return; for defective or incorrect products, please include an image of the item.
