Shipping & Returns

All standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Please note: During monsoons or the festive season, delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions or high-order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order at the earliest.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations will not be accepted.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from the Mai Soli website, we’re here to help.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 72 hours of delivery and if the following criteria are met:

• The product is in its original condition, with all tags, bills, and packaging intact.
• The product shows no visible signs of wear or damage.

If your return meets the above conditions, you may request an exchange or a full refund equivalent to your original payment.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@maisoli.in within 72 hours of receiving the product and include the following:

• Order number
• Delivery address
• Reason for return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please attach a photo of the product.

Note: Return and refund policies are not applicable on products purchased during Special Sale events or Flash Sales
