All standard orders will be dispatched within 2–4 working days. The standard delivery timeline is 5–7 working days after dispatch. The Tracking ID will be sent via email and WhatsApp after dispatch.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following working day.
Please note: During monsoons or the festive season, delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions or high-order volumes. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order at the earliest.
Express Shipping :
We offer Express Shipping for select orders at an additional charge .
For urgent delivery requests, please email us at info@maisoli.in with your order details before or immediately after placing your order. Our team will confirm availability, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable charges based on the product and delivery location.

- Pre-order products are not eligible for Express Shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 72 hours of delivery and if the following criteria are met:
- The product is in its original condition, with all tags, bills, and packaging intact.
- The product shows no visible signs of wear or damage.
If your return meets the above conditions, you may request an exchange or a full refund equivalent to your original payment.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@maisoli.in within 72 hours of receiving the product and include the following:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please attach a photo of the product.
