HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAGS AND ACCESSORIES?

Leather is a natural material and if mishandled, it is prone to wear and tear. However if handled well, it will last you for many years! We suggest not to deep rub the leather or wipe it with a wet cloth. Protect it from rains or any other wet touch. Clean it regularly with a leather friendly cream which is available at any shoe stores.

WHAT IS MAI SOLI'S LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY?

Every Mai Soli bag is crafted to last and is backed by our Lifetime Service Warranty - our commitment to the craftsmanship behind every piece we create. We provide complimentary lifetime repairs for defects in craftsmanship.

After 4 Months : Complimentary repairs continue. Simply send your bag to our service centre, and we'll take care of the rest.

CAN I GET MY MAI SOLI BAG REPAIRED IF THE DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

For damage resulting from everyday use, accidental damage, scratches, exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or other non-manufacturing causes, we'll assess your bag and, wherever possible, restore it for a nominal service charge.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We have notified the approximate delivery time for your order at the time of your purchase, however it would be our endeavour to ship out your order earlier. In case of any delays with your shipment, one of our executives will reach out to you immediately!
