HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER BAGS AND ACCESSORIES?
Leather is a natural material and if mishandled, it is prone to wear and tear. However if handled well, it will last you for many years! We suggest not to deep rub the leather or wipe it with a wet cloth. Protect it from rains or any other wet touch. Clean it regularly with a leather friendly cream which is available at any shoe stores.
WHAT IS MAI SOLI'S WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY?
You have purchased a product with the best of leather & fittings. However, if you find any damage to the leather, the fittings, or the inside lining, you may send the same back to us within 7 days of delivery. However, we shall not be able to take back or replace a bag which has been used in the meantime or handled roughly. So kindly ensure this before you send us the bag for repair or replacement!
