Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Mai Soli website, we are here to help!

Products are eligible for a refund or exchange when the request is received by email only at info@maisoli.in within 72 hours of delivery and if the product meets the following return criteria:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, along with all tags, bills and original packaging.
• The product must have no visible signs of wear and tear or use.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, you can return your product for a different product or a refund equivalent to the original amount paid for the product being returned.

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Product images (required for defective or incorrect products)
